Call Sheet
aka Callsheet
The one-page (or two-page) document sent to every cast and crew member the night before a shoot day with their call time, wardrobe time, scenes shooting, and locations.
The call sheet is the contract for tomorrow. Every cast member, every department head, every PA gets one the night before. It lists the day's scenes, the company move sequence, individual call times, wardrobe and makeup windows, basecamp address, nearest hospital, weather forecast, and the meal break window. A late or wrong call sheet costs money. StoryboardCanvas Call Sheet auto-generates from /shoot-day plus the schedule plus the breakdown, dispatches by email + SMS, embeds a live weather widget, and ships an HMAC-signed share-token URL each recipient can RSVP from.

Every call sheet we generate stays linked to the rest of the project — change a scene heading and the call sheet updates automatically. No re-import. No copy-paste. One project file from script to wrap.
